As the world changed around us, so did the likelihood of a bountiful harvest. As the results were better than expected, we named our harvest after something we spent a lot of time doing over the previous 12 months...
2020
In 2020 we paid thanks to our saviour 'Baz' by naming the oil after him. If it wasn't for Barry, there would have been no harvest for us in 2020.

With little rain this season, our 2018 harvest was a very modest one; hence the name.

2015
This harvest was named after the purchase of a zero-turn mower. This purchase significantly reduced the number of hours we spent mowing multiple acres of grass compared to the little JD ride on mower we were using.
We entered this oil into the 2015 Perth Royal Show and won a bronze medal convincing us the previous years' medal was no fluke.
2015
This was the second oil we produced in 2015. It needed additional time to settle and didn't make it to the Royal Show. We're sure that if we did, it would have also scored us a medal ;)
2014
This oil was the product of our first harvest. In our naivety, we thought we had a pretty good product and as such entered it into the 2014 Perth Royal Show. To our bewilderment, it won a bronze medal. #fluke

A wonderfully pungent oil with a very peppery finish.
